GEO Academies provides innovative K-16 education pathways grounded in a personalized and research-based approach to learning. We prepare students beginning in kindergarten to accelerate into our free college and career immersion high school. Students graduate with a college degree or career certification, giving them a competitive edge in postsecondary success.

Our unique partnership with Baton Rouge Community College allows our students to take their high school AND college /career courses on their campus. Wraparound support at our high school and the colleges ensures all students stay on track and are provided with the resources they need to succeed.

Enrollment Process

GEO Next Generation High School utilizes ENROLLBR.org for receiving applications for enrollment. Families may establish an account with EnrollBR.org, choose our school, and submit their application(s) for each child enrolling for the 2026-2027 school year HERE. All applications submitted during open enrollment periods will have an equal opportunity for admission.

Rolling Application Window - 1/12/26 - 7/30/26

Once seat availability is determined, applicants will receive an offer to enroll based on a first-come, first-served. If we receive more applications than available seats, we will run a lottery on April 18, 2026 to determine which students receive an offer of enrollment. All other students who applied will remain on our waitlist until a seat becomes available.

Introducing GEO Flex Academy

Flex Academy is designed to give families and students a flexible, supportive high school experience. Through our tuition-free online model, qualified students can complete their high school courses, while exploring college and career opportunities. GEO will work with your student to enroll them in a college within your community. Under our guidance, your student can take the next step toward their future.

GEO Next Generation High School Dual Enrollment Scholarship Disclaimer

The full scholarship covers tuition and mandatory fees for eligible dual enrollment courses taken at partner college campuses while enrolled as a high school student at GEO Next Generation High School. Scholarship eligibility and course availability are subject to:

Enrollment and continuous attendance at GEO Next Generation High School
Academic eligibility requirements established by partner colleges
Course prerequisites and placement testing where applicable
Available course capacity and scheduling
Maintaining satisfactory academic progress and conduct standards

Scholarship value varies based on courses taken and enrollment patterns. Students who withdraw from GEO Next Generation High School or fail to meet eligibility requirements may forfeit scholarship benefits. Additional costs may apply for courses beyond standard dual enrollment offerings.
